What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we store your email address and display name to identify your account. When you use AI job-fit analysis, we process the job description and either your manual profile preferences or the extracted text from your uploaded resume to generate a result. We store the result and the profile snapshot used for that analysis linked to your account and the job listing.
What stays on your device
Your manual profile and uploaded resume text are stored locally in your browser extension. They are sent to our server only when you request an AI analysis. If an analysis is saved, the profile snapshot used for it may include the uploaded resume text so the analysis history can preserve its context.
Community reviews
Reviews you post are visible to other users. Your display name is shown alongside your review. You can delete your own reviews at any time.
Third-party services
We use Google OAuth for authentication, AWS Bedrock for AI analysis, and Google Analytics to understand how the landing page is used. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
Your account data and saved analyses are retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
